How did PRS start?
Pandemic Relief Supply was founded by Luká Yancopoulos while he was working at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals—one of the world’s largest biotechnology firms that began applying the same revolutionary methods they used to treat Ebola Virus to research a cure for COVID-19.
At the onset of the pandemic, even large companies like Regeneron struggled to maintain a consistent supply of PPE. Our founder, Luká, was tasked by Regeneron to find and vet suppliers to meet this rising demand for protective equipment. By using a systematic, data-driven approach to create a robust network of dependable medical suppliers, Luká was able to source the products Regerenron needed to continue their search for a cure. Recognizing the growing need for PPE, Luká founded Pandemic Relief Supply to reliably provide protective equipment for anyone in need.
How does PRS help frontline professionals and those in need?
Pandemic Relief Supply prioritizes supplying personal protective equipment to those in need in the amount that they need it—particularly those serving on our medical frontline. With many of our friends and family working as medical professionals and first responders, we made both personal and company-wide goals out of relieving the stress that COVID-19 has placed on our first responders. We protect those who protect us by making donations in the form of PPE to hospitals, healthcare clinics, and first responders in need. We also offer discounts for these organizations to help protect our frontline workers at the lowest possible cost.
How do I know I am buying quality products?
Pandemic Relief Supply guarantees quality in our protective equipment by meeting or exceeding the required standards for that product. These standards include ASTM approval, NIOSH approval, FDA approval, or CE certification. To ensure these standards, we work with trusted suppliers who have been operating in the PPE space for at least 5 years before the start of the pandemic. Pandemic Relief Supply makes sure to personally inspect every product we offer and all of our products are tested by Standard Global Services (SGS), which is recognized as the global benchmark for inspection, verification, testing, and certification of goods around the world in order to ensure conformity to these standards.
Do you have a refund policy?
Pandemic Relief Supply offers free cancelations for any order before it is delivered. Once a product is delivered, we do not offer refunds. As a provider of medical supplies, we cannot and do not offer returned products to our other customers. All sales are final.
